【 バームファクトリー / ラ コリーナ近江八幡 】 ＊The English translation is provided after the Japanese caption. クラブハリエさんのバームクーヘンの美味しさに惹かれて百貨店で 関連商品を買いました。また滋賀県の守山へ行く機会があったので「たねや 守山玻璃絵館」へ行き、セントレジス大阪でのコラボアフタヌーンティへ行ったりしました。 でも、行ってなかったのが「ラ・コリーナ近江八幡」写真を見て 山の中のイメージがあり勝手に「行くのは大変そう」と思っていました。 でも、今回「バームファクトリーOPEN」のお知らせをいただいて「これは行かねば！」と伺って来ました。近江八幡駅からバスで、たった12分。山道を歩くことも無く、とても広大で夢のいっぱい詰まった場所へ着きました。 バームクーヘンの出来上がっていく工程を初めて見ることも出来て、職人さんたちが1時間もかけて焼き上げることも知りました。また クラブハリエの山本隆夫社長の注ぐ思いも知ることが出来て、より一層、クラブハリエさんのファンになりました。 お子さんも楽しめる素晴らしい場所だと思います。 私みたいな感じで躊躇なさっている方は、ぜひ行ってみてください。 【 Baum Factory / La Collina Omi Hachiman 】 I was able to see for the first time the process of making baumkuchen, and learned that it takes one hour for the artisans to bake the baumkuchen. I also learned about the passion of Club Harrier's president, Takao Yamamoto, which made me even more of a fan of Club Harrier. I think it is a wonderful place for children to enjoy as well.

The waffle is light in texture and not too sweet, but the strawberries are sweet enough to be enjoyed. I finished it in no time. I recommend this waffle. There is also a photo-worthy item called "Chocolate Comparison Strawberries" which is made by lining up strawberries topped with four different types of chocolate. The pancakes are topped with a rich berry sauce with other berries added. The pancakes are soft and fluffy, so the knife seems to hover over the pancakes when you try to cut them. The accompanying "chocolate sauce" is nice! It added a firm sweetness to the pancakes, making it easy to finish the three layers of pancakes. We enjoyed them very much!
